Ive finally got my bfp?

after being late for 4 days i did a test last night and to my total amazment it came out positive i really never thought i would be i had what felt like period pains so i was sure i was going to come on. anyway i did another test this morning that was also positive im in complete shock...to those ttc all the very best of luck and dont give up i really never thought it would happen for me...anyway best ask a question can you still get period pains if your pregnant?
